Before her work at Moment, Chelsea worked for Deutsche Bank as an Investment Banking Analyst, and also for JPMorgan Chase’s Global Philanthropy division.

Josh’s leadership and mentorship on client engagements have driven robust growth at Moment since he joined the team in 2012. Earlier in his career, Josh created production code and prototypes for American Express and ESPN, and he still has a passion for making design real. Before joining Moment, Josh was Associate Vice President of Digital Learning at the Museum of Arts and Design, where he defined the museum's digital interpretive strategy.

Before joining Moment’s Chicago team, Anita worked in a variety of fields, including CPG, e-commerce, tech, non-profits, and in the healthcare sector. Her dual-pronged expertise in user research and visual design allows her to jump into any project with ease. Throughout her career, she's applied her digital and service design skills at agencies, start-ups, and academic institutions and always excelled at bridging gaps between departments—for example, design and development. Building empathy for stakeholders and users through storytelling is also one of the keys to Anita's success as a designer. Additionally, she’s passionate about finding ways to expose design to young learners.
